Our firm will challenge the extradition case regardless of which law enforcement entity is making the request for extradition, be it of a USA citizen or foreign national. As we are specialized in international law, we can defend your extradition matter regardless of whether the USA is the soliciting country or not. As we are also licensed and experienced in the USA, we can assist in the defense of extraditions from the USA to other countries.
It is important to emphasize that when Interpol issues a Red Notice, it is immediately forwarded to all member countries of Interpol--now over 180 member countries. However, these Interpol Red Notices are not the only look out notices that Interpol issues as there are others that are sent as advisory notices. The Red Notices and others allow the request to be circulated worldwide with the request that the wanted person be arrested with a view to extradition to the requesting country. In most cases, the notices do not expire and result in restricting travel, and expose an individual to arrest, incarceration and possible extradition from any of the member countries. WE WILL FIGHT THESE NOTICES AND EVEN SEEK TO HAVE TEH NOTICE REMOVED FROM TEH INTERPOL DATABASE.
We can advise on the underlying international arrest warrant. We will investigate the claims that underlie the accusations, review all relevant court documents, and make requests for all investigatory information as part of the consultative process. Members of our firm have experience in advising and reviewing matters for individuals wanted and charged in large scale international criminal cases. We have handled matters for individuals from virtually every part of the world, including, Spain, Mexico, Russia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Dominican Republic and others. We can also testify in foreign courts as an expert witness on U.S. federal, state and extradition law.
We are available for all your legal needs. Remember its "you future is your decision" and we can help. Visit us at our webpage
